The summit is taking place at the main campus at ELAC, 1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterrey Park, CA 91754,  Campus Student Center F5 201 Multipurpose Room. Park at parking structure 3 (parking is free) entrance at Avenida Cesar Chavez. Registration starts at 8am the program starts at 9am.
