Hello everyone!
I am writing to you today hoping you are well and excited to invite you to our 2nd Annual Fundraiser for the Pomona Economic Opportunity Center (PEOC). We are hosting a summer garden party/Tardeada in Pomona on Saturday, June 28th from 4:00-8:00 PM. We hope the fundraiser will help us continue supporting day laborers and immigrants in Pomona and the Inland Valley.
This year, we will be honoring the outstanding leadership of Professor Jose Calderon, UFCW 1428 President Connie Leyva, and Emilio Amaya from the San Bernardino Rapid Response Network!
There are several ways that you can support the work of the PEOC as a host of our Garden Party. We hope that you will be as generous as you can so that we can continue and expand our work with day laborers and immigrant rights. Will you consider donating at one of the following four host/sponsorship levels?
CHAMPION: $2,000+ – 8 complimentary tickets
PARTNER: $1,000 – 6 complimentary tickets
ALLY: $500 – 4 complimentary tickets
FRIEND: $250 – 2 complimentary tickets
Individual tickets may also be purchased for $40 ($50 at the door) by sending a check to PEOC or by clicking on the Donate button on our website at www.pomonadaylabor.org.
