Visited cooperatives in Argentina as part of an ongoing interest and learned about an international conference being held on cooperatives as models for social change.

We liked that this center combines the creation of cooperatives with a book store, coffee shop, credit union – and the use of art, music, and Teatros (to raise consciousness). We also liked the implementation of a cooperative crédit union which helps fund these projects.
