Visiting some of Rose’s art creations displayed and for sale at the PVAA – SOHO Gallery (317 W. 4th Street in Claremont) – a good example of a volunteer-run cooperative art gallery run by over 50 local artists who showcase and sell their works (with part of sales going back to sustain the gallery); volunteer their time weekly; teach hands-on classes; hold community-open monthly shows, and participate in special annual events (including juried exhibitions).
