Tommee Sherwood’s comments went viral. This is the same Tommee Sherwood who marched with us Seventy miles from Ault, Colorado to the state capitol in support of bilingual education and farmworkers back in the early 1970’s – and in recent years part of a visit with my students (alongside Magdaleno Rose-Avila) during a spring break project with the UFW in La Paz and Delano – and, this last August, part of a Colorado UFW 50 Year Reunion.
