Thank you to Daisy Madrigal and the Summer Bright Prospect Summer Academy
Thank you to Daisy Madrigal and the Summer Bright Prospect Summer Academy for this post and for inviting me to be one of the presenters in the summer program at Harvey Mudd College. Appreciate the questions raised by students about lessons in making a pathway from high school to college. I have always been impressed with this program in Pomona which has been successful in increasing the number of low-income, first-generation students who enroll, persist, and graduate from higher education colleges and universities. They have achieved this through year-round academic support, life-skills training, social-emotional learning, and individualized mentorship. Adelante!
