A memory today remembering David Barron when we were working on The Mike Eng campaign. David, the First Latino City Clark in Monterey Park who served for twenty five years and a neighbor who lived a few houses from us – passed away a few weeks after this picture – from COVID – a time when there was no vaccine and no treatment. David Barron- Presente!
