¡Victoria para los trabajadores agrícolas! Un tribunal federal de EE. UU. dictaminó que el intento de la administración Trump de recortar los salarios de los trabajadores agrícolas es ILEGAL. Esta es una gran victoria para los trabajadores agrícolas, quienes se han visto gravemente afectados desde que el Departamento de Trabajo (DOL) redujo los salarios mediante un cambio normativo el pasado mes de octubre.
Farmworker Advocates’ Win
Once in awhile….. “The ruling is a win for farmworker advocates who sued the Trump administration last year, arguing that the rule would undercut wages paid to U.S. workers. More than a dozen farmworkers across the nation, along with the United Farm Workers of America and the UFW Foundation, sought to overturn the rule.
