Support a Moratorium on Vehicle Impounds in Pomona

[IN ENGLISH BELOW]

Now that the legislature has clearly declared its intention–that people will be granted a driver’s license–we see no reason for the police to continue taking away peoples’ cars. For this reason, we join together to propose a MORATORIUM on vehicle impounds, in Pomona, as well as in the rest of the state.
